A flight attendant is suing her former employer, A. Alfred Taubman, for $29 million in a personal injury lawsuit involving sexual harassment allegations and damages.
Nicole Rock of Oakland County, Michigan, alleges in her complaint that Taubman, the billionaire owner of Taubman Air Terminals, repeatedly attempted to grope her while she was an employee. Rock also alleges that Taubman used abusive and sexual language toward her while she was stationed on his private plane.
Rock was hired by Taubman’s company in 2005. She says that the sexual harassment continued from the date of her hiring until she received disability leave from the company in 2011, due to the stress of the sexual harassment against her.
The sexual harassment case has not yet been scheduled for trial.
